ok , cheque cashed 2 times in 4 attempts is good going.

I need some support from here on in , i haven't done any training for three months bar the odd 3 miles three times a month.

I need to start building up but I have strained my ligaments four weeks ago and there still tender although the bruising has gone. I'm booked in for some physio on friday.

No more football for me until after the FLM 2007 .

lets hope i can get my fitness back :)
