Sorry I can't make the weekend just about walking upright, standing about makes it worse, so I can't get out of Christmas shopping in the morning!!!!!
Enjoy the weekend I'm sure it will go like clockwork, best of luck and hope the weather is kind.
BHB - That's it exactly, I've started to look for an excuse not to run rather than the other way round.
My back is on the mend, once it's settled down I'm going to force myself to stretch every day.
RB - The thought of doing a park run on a regular basis would put me off running for life, I'm not a very fast runner more a plodder
Another visit to the chiropractor today, hopefully one more on Thursday should do the trick.
I've worked out where the problem started, we have moved into the back room and started using the corner suite, having little legs like me I can't sit on it properly!!!!
Seriously thinking of calling it a day, I've seemed to be training permanently for the last 10 years and to be honest with myself I'm never going to PB again at my age
I've gone over a week without running and to be honest I'm not missing it, maybe feel different in a few weeks time.
Glad to get that off my chest..........sorry
BHB. Hope your feeling better soon
Can't make the Saturday run sorry.
A few are meeting at Rose Hill 8 o'clock, running 5 miles on the MW then doing the Marple parkrun then heading back to the MW ........enjoy.
wish I could join you
SW- Yes it is disc problems comes and goes, went to the chiropractors on Monday and it made it worst going back on Monday for another go.
Took 6 year old tablets yesterday, not the best idea they've gone straight through me!!
