Hi,
Free buses/coaches will be running from MarshGate car park in the town centre and also from the Showground car park (opposite the football ground). Water is in cups at approximately 3 mile intervals. All of these details plus a copy of the race route are included in the entrant information sheet that is about to be emailed to all entrants. A copy will also be posted on yo the club website (www.fvspartans.org.uk)

No problems with the route description. These are tried and tested and clear to follow. You will also find that there are enough runners on each of the distance options for you to hook up with and run together.
Great value, atmosphere and the countryside is terrific. Go on, take the plunge!
