started running about 4 years ago and am now hopelessly addicted. I started out with the womens running network, where I took beginners and more experienced people. I now live in Belfast and travel back regularly for many running events at home. I am part of the Up and Runners newtrok over there, if you are over and fancy a run, give me a shout. Big fan of longer, more off road stuff, especially if there is cake at the end :).
