I am a: beginner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Run, Walk, Swim, Circuit train, aquarunning, canoe and cycle but have serious weight issues. I've done several Race for Lifes and the Great North Run 4 times although only run/walked it. PB is 2.50.18, I know, people can walk it faster! Have cycled to Germany and back for charity three times.
