I am a: beginner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Run, walk. swim, aquarunning, canoe and cycle but have had serious weight issues but am getting nearer my goal slowly. Ive done several Race for Lifes and the Great North Run 4 times although only runwalked it PB is 2hr50mins18 I know people can walk it faster. I have cycled to Germany and back for charity three times and looks like I am doing it again in 2014.
