My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling

I always feel better on the days I run, even when it is tough!!! It's good to remember how 'uncomplicated' running can be and what a great lift it provides. Making time to run is always a benefit.
