I am a: serious competitive athlete I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: Over 50 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

coming back in 2004 to more serious running after a long period off through work levels, injury, time problems etc. Slowly getting back into shape 1:32 BM (Jan 05) but still struggling with injuries/illness/surgery and with the concept of running slower than I used to 20 years ago (1:15 GNR and 2:44 FLM). Aiming to close the gap in ?????
