 More about me
Started running in 2004 - life got in the way for a while, so not much happened, but in an effort to 'get back into running, in 2010 I turned to triathlon.... 2 sprints, 1 oly and a half distance later, I'm going back to running. 2012 was going to be the year of the Marathon, but my April race was cancelled 3 minutes before the start! Quite gald to have not been out in horrific weather for 4 hours or so, but still... so I'm now using that training towards a half PB attempt at the end of June, and have instead signed up to a November Marathon. Now I know the training doesn't break me, I'm up for it! At the very least there will be a PB - which as you can see below, need some cobwebs blowing off them!!! Current PB's 5k: 23:23 29 May 05 10k: 47:35 21 Aug 05 Half mara: 1:54:42 Oct 04
