My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Running = My time. And I imagine that its probably the same for a lot of people in that its just about the only time I have to myself. It gives me a chance to download and digest the day.
