My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

I would like to run in longer events, such as more half marathons and even marathons. I am trying to gradually increase my mileage and my training intensity and regularity but time seems to be my biggest hurdle; also I keep suffering from minor, generally, knee/leg injuries which does not help!
