My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10 Mile I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Skiing, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I started running in 2001 but had to stop after four months as I damaged my knee. Tried again 18 months later and have run off and on since then. Did the Great North Run in 2005 in just under 3 hours and managed to get my time down to 2hr 23 in 2006. Challenge now is to find more time in my schedule to train more regularly...
