I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club, I am a race organiser I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, athletics track, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Fell Next Favourite: Trail races Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 25-52 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)

Getting back into running after a long absence. I spent 2005 exploring the Middlewood Way and back roads of Poynton/Bramhall/Adlington etc whilst I built up mileage and stamina, along with 10km & 10mile races.
2006 began with a 5mile trail race and entering the Wilmslow 1/2. I've also joined Stockport Harriers in a bid to improve and speed up a bit.
2007 - What have I done. Im getting to be a bit of a running junkie. Entered the Lakeland Trail series, Wilmslow again and am hoping to do a marathon this year. Oh and the year started off with an Ultra T2T in Jan
