I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5 Mile Third favourite: 10 Mile I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking

Started running back in the 80's after watching Seb Coe and Steve Ovette at the Olympic games, 1984 I think, I was 17.
I was always the kind of child that never walked anywhere...why walk when you can run...lol...my daughter is just the same.
Had a good few years as a club runner representing my country (Wales) 5 times at cross country until injury forced me to stop.
Now 39 and just started back running :o)
