Ran competitively 1980-1992, then 2001-02. Currently training since 2005 but only recommenced racing in 2008.
Best XC race: 94th Southern XC, Trent Park; also 15th London XC champs, Parly Hill. Best Met. League position 19th. On the track I've run 15:28 for 5000m.
