I am a: serious competitive athlete I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: Every day My weekly mileage is about: Over 50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club, I am a race organiser I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, athletics track, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Mainly train for 10K races doing about 55 miles a week and have no ambition to do a marathon yet until I stop getting faster at 10K which wont be for a few years yet I hope.
I will be doing the Grizzly in March which is not quite me but 20 miles x country sounds like fun.
