My three favourite events are: Favourite: Triathlon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Used to be a rugby forward but the niggling injuries that took weeks to get over have taken their toll so running is my main fitness provider. Entered 2 half marathons and a marathon to keep the motivation there for 2007. Been totally sucked into running and loving it.
