I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 5-10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: Over 50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

i'm 5ft with wee legs , did my very first run in July 05(5k) did my 10k in oct (sub 60 yaay), never in million yrs did i think i'd get addicted to this lark!
ooh update! just shows you what can be achieved, Here i am 5 yrs later with 11marathons and 9ultras under my belt.
update, 2009 10 marathons done to date and one ultra. 3 sub4 this yr has kept me fairly happy.
