Ran at school (without being that great) but then stopped for over 20 years as other things took priority. Got back into running in late 2005 as I got a place in FLM. Haven''t looked back and managed to feel a whole load more energised as well as shedding a few pounds into the bargain. Now up to 15 marathons plus a couple of Ultras for some "fun".

Targets for 2014: sub 3:10 at London and cycle from Surrey to Yorkshire to go and watch the Tour de France
