 More about me
Firefighter in Windsor. Formerly a regular footballer I've now given up playing to allow me to run because injurys were becoming too common. I ran my first half marathon (Canterbury)around 10 years ago with no preperation and got 1hr 45. Didn't run another untill Bedford in Dec. 2005. My only goal at the moment is to get back to that 1hr 45 form! Last race; BRACKNELL 1/2 1hr 46m 24s!!!
