I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, fell My most important reason for running is: to lose/maintain weight
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Fell I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Skiing, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)
