My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country Next Favourite: Trail races Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

I love running as much as ever, especially getting out into the woods and surrounding countryside.
My race times have gone into terminal (post 50) decline, but I still love the "buzz" of competing and the whole race day experience.
