My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Trail races I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Skiing, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Ran my first marathon at 62yrs - the Berlin on 28/9/2008 in a get-round time, but very enjoyable. Ran New Forest marathon in just over 4hrs in 2009. Ran Venice marathon in 2011 and the London in 2012. London is too crowded and I had cramp after being kicked in the calf. I never usually get any cramp when running. The Grizzly is a favorite race/event. I currently run with Bracknell Forest Runners, which has perfect mix of runners and is great fun as well as motivating.
