last year was my first, doing any kind of competative sport (even though I'm not that competative). I've done a couple of super-sprint triathlons and recently some swim/runs over 500m/5km, and the running is definitly improving, down to 24:30 for my 5k, from 26:30 in November. So the only way is up, and the North West 1/2 marathon at the end of February.....
