I began running purely to tick off 'Run a Marathon' on my list of Things To Do Before I Die at a nice young age and while I was still healthy and fit and able to. However, within weeks of starting to run I realised I was enjoying it more than I ever thought I would.
A year later, I have now achieved my goal and sucessfully run the London Marathon. I realise that running is not only one of the most positive aspects of my life but that it has become a way of life for me too. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't run, so every day I am grateful that I can.
