My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

3rd May 2015 - I used to run regularly back in the 1970''s but got out of the habit. After a break of thirty years or so I started running again in 2007. I am 63 now and although the training over the years has been a bit stop-start due to various injuries I have been okay most of the time. I tried to run the Bath HM again this year but yet again, suffered from cramps. So I''ve decided to stick to 10k races for the foreseeable future.
