More about me
I am a student and have been running since march 2006. I started running to help cope with the death of my step dad and to keep fit and healthy. I joined north wales road runners club about march 2007 and now race regulary and always try to improve my times. I race from 5k's to half marathons and what to do the london marathon in 2009.
I also do cross country with colwyn bay athletics club. I am representing the welsh colleges at cross country in march at loughbourough after getting through to the welsh colleges last november. I was selected to run for north wales in cross country december 2007 but I was unable to run because of injurys, but I hope to run for north wales and then wales in the future.
