I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: Marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Skiing, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Started running in 2008 (well if you can call stopping after 3 minutes running)to get fitter and lose a bit of weight, but starting to get a little more competitive with myself and working on PBs for 10K, Half and now Full Marathons - I'm no Paula Radcliffe, but I'm enjoying the warm feeling inside when I've completed another good run.
Oh yes, and my other hobby is skydiving, I've got just over 1000 jumps
