47 year old who took up running to get fit 8 years ago. Likes bodypump classes and swimming, but cycling is terrible. Don't get much time for anything else. Have 2 kids, 20 and 17 yrs old and husband (non-running but supportive). Lives in very rural area in S.E. England and loves being outdoors - especially gardening.
