Hi. I started running in January 2008 and am loving going out about 3 times a week, usually 2-4 miles. I have been inspired by my sister who did Edinburgh marathon this year and have just started to increase my training with aim of doing a half marathon in 14 weeks time. I plan two 10k races along the way.
I like running for the freedom it gives and how it clears the mind! Am surprised by just how much I enjoy it!
