More about me
I have been running for around 4 years now. I started for fitness (for rugby) but then kept upping the mileage and found, to my complete shock, that the further I ran the more I enjoyed it. I'm now completely hooked and have run 5 marathons as well as many other shorter distance races.
I run 10Ks around 43 mins and half-mara's around 1:34. However, I have a problem that is slowly eating me up - my marathon time is consistently around the 4hr mark and I'm convinced I should be able to run it considerably faster. So I'm a man on a quest to radically reduce his marathon PB. No success so far but I'm not giving up yet!
