I love running and also racing. My 10k PB is 47 minutes, 1/2 marathon is 1.44.15 and marathon is 3.46.20. I have begun winning prizes in my age group category which inspires me to keep pushing that bit harder and aiming for more PBs Who says you get worse as you get older? I have definitely improved. I enjoy encouraging new runners to get started and will train with them or race with them to get them from start to finish (but not every race, some are for me). I may even join a club sometime.
