My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Skiing, Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I started running in January after becoming bored with being unfit and unmotivated! I have now run 2 10k's (Balmoral and Baker Hughes Aberdeen) and absolutey loved them, but I have been plagued with shin & calf problems, which I suspect is largely down to the fact that I am a severe overpronator. I would like to run a Marathon before I am 40 (I'm 37 this year) and have registered for a charity place in the VLM next year!!
