Have been running for just over 2 years now, and have competed in a number races such as Dunmow 5m, Springfield 5m, Baddow 10m etc. Have been pleased with the results so far, especially having missed a total of 9 months (over 2 spells) training through injury, so am now aiming to beat all my current pbs in the next year, starting with the Asford 10k in February.
