I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, athletics track
My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself

 pb 10k 44m.40secs pb half 1h.36m.51secs pb european half 2h.3m and 33 degrees pb 10 mile 1h.17m pb marathon 3h.51m.15secs how weird pb half and marathon end in 39m.53secs and they are chipped ?? ive been running now since march 2009 , i belong to a running club now aswell, it all started for me just to lose a bit of weight but now im hooked on running and racing, i was a 36 waist and over 14 stone now a 32 waist and 11 stone !
 Status: words cant describe the london marathon you have to do it to understand it
