I am now 45 and are coming back to running for a second time. When I was younger (about 25) I like to think I was reasonable. I did 10k in under 34 and 10m in under 56. I have never taken over an hour for a 10 mile race.
Now I am back running as my kids are grown up and trying to beat me. I run track in the summer and cross country in the winter. Throw in a few parkruns and a couple of monthly handicaps and that makes a fullish race calendar. My long term goal is London marathon in 2012 so step one is done and I now have a GFA marathon time.
