| | Only recently started running again (Feb 2013)after very long lay off. No exercise of any kind for upwards of a year. Decided to do something about it and did the Couch potato to 5k programme. Now doing 5k three times a week. No event planned but would like to do at least one this year. Possibly in Swansea | | | Message me |
