I started running and cycling in 2010 to help me lose a bit of weight. In July 2010 I joined my local club Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers. My first race after joining the Harriers was in August 2010, the race was the Ray Harrison Memorial 10K in Billingham. I got round in 43:11.
