Having started running just before my 52nd birthday 3 years ago I''ve now completed Four 10k''s, Three 10 mile and Two half M''s, was hoping to complete my first marathon before my 55th Birthday but a persistent Achilles problem put an end to that, so having had a very frustrating summer it''s back to training now (slowly) and hopefully a spring marathon to come.
Only trouble is starting this late in life my times are not great (approx 10min/mile), just wish I''d started earlier in life.
