I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: Under 1 year I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Skiing, Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I've now taken part in a few 10K races and have entered Reading half marathon for next year (2012). I just hope I can train enough as 13 miles seems impossible to me at the moment when I struggle enough with 10K!!
