Im following the 10k training diary from Up and Running shop in Huddersfield. Its hard work, as I used to run on treadmill in gym. I had forgot just how pleasing it is seeing your distance slowly improve, my long term goals are ultra marathons, and triathons. I also have a small boat in Scarborough that I am trying to renovate.
