| | I took up running 5 years ago but it has been very on and off until October 2007 when I started training seriously. I am pleased that my times for 10k come down. Having completed several half marathons, 10ks and a few other races, I completed Edinburgh Marathon in 2009 in 3:41:44 which I was very pleased with.
