My weekly mileage is about: 21-30

I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, fell
My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape

I take part in events: 1-11 times a year
I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)
 More about me
 Used to run 20 years ago, then moved towards cycle racing for several years. Picked up running again a few years ago, joining a local club, and getting competitive in races. My ambitions are (current pb in brackets) in increasing order of difficulty: 5k- go sub 18 (pb 18:48) 10k - go sub 37 (pb 38:07) Half marathon - go sub 1:20 (pb 1:22) Marathon - chip away at my 2:58 FLM09 Ultras - complete the Grand Union Canal Race, West Highland Way, Ultra Trail Mt Blanc, Hardmoors 114 and finally Bob Graham Round.
