I've been running on and off since 1999. I've had lots of fun doing races and have run many 10m and half marathons over the UK. The Meon Valley Plod is my favourite. I have run 10 marathons (3 Lon, 1 NY, 1 Edin, Abingdon, a XC in Wales, Nottingham and 2 Brighton) and finally broke the 4 hour barrier at Edinburgh. I am currently training for the fun of it.....maybe Ultra.
