| | After three years as Club Captain, I am now Honorary Secretary of Avon Valley Runners in Wiltshire.
Celebrated my fortieth birthday last year by running the 2006 Disney World Marathon, but disappointed not to break-three hours. Since then I have been putting in some of my best performances in twenty years, picking up some MV40 awards and even winning two races outright!!!
