I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5 Mile Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I started running in May 2006 when a friend of mine challenged me to join him on the BUPA Great Winter Run in Edinburgh (5K) in Jan 2007. Now I'm hooked - that friend of mine has a lot to answer for!!!!!
