My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year

I started running in 2006 as I'm not a gym person and needed a challenge to get me out of my sedentary lifestyle - so entered the NYC Marathon! A bit extreme but it worked and I'm hooked. Sometimes it's tough to fit in training around a job that involves long hours and travelling, a Wife, 3 Daughters and 2 Rabbits (no wonder I need stress relief!) but they are all supportive and I'm fitter now than I was 20 years ago.
