My three favourite events are: Favourite: Ultra Next Favourite: Marathon Third favourite: Triathlon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Skiing, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I love nothing more than to push myself and leave myself so tired that I can hardly walk! Unfortunately the more I train the harder it is becoming to get that ache from a real heavy session.
