I am a: beginner I have been running for: Under 1 year I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

As you can see from my profile I'm pretty new to running but have well and truly been bitten by the bug. I am a 37 year old mother of four so am pretty busy all the time. I've always enjoyed keeping in shape and have also enjoyed the outdoors.(Hill walking and mountain climbing)But running seems to fit in with all my other committments at the moment. Hopefully runners world will give me all the advice I need!!!
