I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to lose/maintain weight
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)

I also started doing cani-cross events - running with dogs. It's brilliant, with the added bonus that the dog pulls you along, so you run faster!
