My three favourite events are: Favourite: Trail races Next Favourite: Cross-country Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Walking (hill walking)

Did a Half Marathon for charity a couple of years back and ''quite'' enjoyed it......knees starting to tell me to do less footy.
2010, 2011 and 2012 goals all achieved as I have now done a 1:20:42 half (Nov 12) which was over 5mins better than my last attempt?!!, a 36:10 10K (Dec 12) and a 17:17 5K (Feb 12).....new goals needed for 2013 me thinks!!
Well a combination of work and injuries ruined most of 2103 but sneaked a new 5K PB of 16:39 :-)
